SEATOUN AFFAIRS
Matters of considerable importance to Seatoun' were discussed by Councillor R. L. Macalister, chairman' of the City Council parks and reserve committee, at a meeting of the Seatoun Progressive Association last night. They included beach improvements at Seatoun, Worser Bay, arid Scorching Bay; library facilities, Seatoun Park improvements, street beautification; waterfront marine drive, Bradford tip development, and Plunket rooms. ' The chairman of the association made progress reports on the negotiations with the Tramways Department for an improved tram service and other matters. .
