WORLD PEACE AGENCY
Planning May Start Soon Rec. 9 a.m. WASHINGTON, Sept. 3. The American spokesman at the Dumbarton Oaks Conference, Mr. Michael McDermott, stated that the work had progressed so far that a general meeting of the United Nations to draw up a world peace agency might be possible in November in London.
