The glowering hatred the people of Rouen have ior collaborators created an atmosphere' that must have t>een similar to the French revolution when collaborators were marched through the streets'yesterday, says the American Associated Press correspondent. It -was a fearful sight as thousands of people who lined the streets howled at women collaborators whose heads were shaved and had 'a big black swastika painted on their heads A number of male collaborators who- worked for the Gestapo were shot yesterday. - • The- British United -Press correspondent reports'.that the Germans, in the. last few-days before they left Rouen, ran amuck in the streets, looting and shooting hapless citizens.
