RAT-KILLING METHODS
Sir,—lt is necessary to endeavour to exterminate rats, but is there any excuse forvcarelessness? If the people who are promiscuously scattering poisoned liver would realise that not only are they causing the death—in a most cruel way—of domestic pets, but.also destroying an excellent means of keeping down rats and mice, they might think twice when laying poison, and place it out of reach of household animals.—l am, etc., ANIMAL LOVER.
