LONDON REBUILDING PLAN
RUGBY, July 29. The City of London should be rebuilt after the war according to a plan combining modern progress with historical traditions. This proposal is contained in a. report presented by the improvements and town-planning committee. The main feature of the plan is that of a city dominated by St. Paul's encircled by an 80-feet wide ring road and containing.wide streets and views of historical buildings.—B.O.W.
