U.N.R.R.A. PREPARATIONS
RUGBY, July 26. Preparations are well advanced for the operation of U.N.R.R.A. in liberated' territories. It will be for the supreme command of the military occupation of these territories to decide the time when that occupation comes to an end, and then the U.N.R.R.A. will at once begin the work of rehabilitation.
The general council of U.N.R.R.A. is to meet at Montreal on September 15, when all technical renorts will be received.— 8.0. W.
