ANNUAL CONFERENCE
Principal fixtures for the 1944-45 season approved by the New Zealand Trotting Conference in Wellington this morning are as follows:— Auckland Trotting Club, August 12, October 21 and 23, December 27 and 30, February 10, April 14; New Zealand Metropolitan T.C., August 19 and 26, November 4 and 11, March 24 and 31; Wellington T.C., September 9, February 3, April 14 and 21; New Brighton T.C., October 7, February 17; Canterbury Park T.C., December 30, January 1; Forbury Park T.C., December 2, January 27, May 5; Ashburton T.C., December 26, June 2 or 4. The conference re-elected its executive members as follows:—President, Mr. H. F. Nicoll; vice-president, Mr. B. S. Irwin; treasurer, Mr. A. L. Matson; other members, Messrs. E. G. Brideens and J. E. August.
