INVITATION TO CITIES

LONDON, July 11. Sir William Darling, Lord Provost of Edinburgh, has sent a mesage to 40 cities of the United Nations, including Wellington, Auckland, and Sydney, inviting them to join in paying tribute to Londoners for their steadfastness.
