WARNING TO GERMANS
COLLAPSE IN SIGHT
LONDON, June 25. ■ Moscow radio, quoting an appeal to the German people by the Free German National Committee, said: "Prepare yourselves for the final phase on which the W'hv is entering. Victory is already round the corner. We warn you that German military collapse is already in sight. Do everything to sabotage Hitler's war effort, as the crack of doom has sounded.
