NEW GUINEA LANDING. Sydney.—Americans have made a new landing at Boekisi between Hollandia and Sarmi, cutting more Japanese escape routes. More Japanese-held prisoners have been rescued, and the total enemy dead counted is now nearly 3800. —P.A. cable.
