The production of penicillin in Canada is more rapid than was expected, the Minister re: Munitions and Supply 'Mr. C. D. Howe) said in the Canadian House of Commons. Enough is now available to meet the requirements of the Armed Forces. It may be possible within six months to release penicillin for non-military uses.
