NAZI ORDERS TO FRENCH
Rec. 1 p.m. RUGBY, April 5. It is learned in London that the Germans are preparing instructions to be posted in French towns when the Allied landing occurs ordering all males between 18 and- 55 to assemble with four days' food.— B.O.W.
