P.A. TAURANGA, This Day. The quarterly general-meeting of the Bay of Plenty Citrus Growers' Association .'carried resolutions reaffirming a previous resolution of protest against a ceiling price for citrus fruits and instructing the secretary to make representations to the Department of Agriculture and the Primary Production Council regarding shortage of labour in citrus orchards as the result of the Government diverting casual labour to State vegetable gardens by offering remuneration which the citrus grower cannot afford to pay.
