DEATH IN EDINBURGH
Mrs. Mary Cecil Nairn, a former resident of Havelock North, died at Nether Liberton House, Edinburgh, last week, according to cabled advice. Mrs. Nairn, who was the eldest daughter of the late Sir William and Lady Russell, was born at Redcliff 74 years ago. and was educated in Switzerland and Germany. In 1900 Mrs. Nairn married Dr. Robert Nairn, who practised in Hastings for a number of years. Dr. Nairn died some years ago. Mrs. Nairn made several trips to England-and four years ago disposed of her interests at Havelock North and left New Zealand to live in Scotland. There are two daughters—Mrs. Keith Stewart (Nether Liberton House, Edinburgh ). and Mrs. H. F. Zino (Madeira), and ti ■ :-ee sisters, Mrs. C. B. Fox (Havelock North), Miss Violet Russell (Scotland), and Lady Price (Gloucestershire).
