Mrs. R. Rignold on their arrival from Australia. Colonel Walls has returned to New Zealand from Melbourne and is the new Chief Secretary of the Salvation Army in New Zealand. The new Field Secretary, Lieut-Colonel Rignold, comes from Sydney. The Commissioner, Major E. Lord, and Brigadier A.
