TURKISH SUGGESTION
Rec. 9 a.m. ISTANBUL, Jan. 6. The semi-official Turkish newspaper "Aksam" makes the suggestion that the German retreat to Poland is probably aimed at confronting the Allies with an acute Polish-Russian problem before the opening of a second front.
