O.C. GREYMOUTH, This Day. The shoaling of the Grey Eiver bar is to be discussed next week at a meeting of the Greymouth Harbour Board at which the Minister of Marine ' (Mr. O'Brien), who is also M.P. for Westland, and officials of the Marine Department will be present, in the hope of making arrangements to overcome the difficulties it has caused. Th<* chairman of the board stated that coal' may be railed to Westport to be shipped.
