LONDON, January, 5. .When General Eisenhower arrives in London with Air Chief Marshal Tedder they will begin work in a special office prepared at the secret invasion iijeadquarterß, says the "Daily Herald's" air correspondent. They will find that much of the preparatory -work has already been done. Planning experts of, all three services have been working for many months, building up a .trementitous organisatidn.
Gerieral Montgomery and Lieuten-ant-General Spaatz are both in England, awaiting General Eisenhower's arrival. •
