Rec. 11.30 a.m. RUGBY, Sept. 23. * . The Prime Minister was received in audience by the King.at Buckingham Palace today shortly 'after his Ma- • jesty's return fr,'om Scotland. MrJ Churchill gave the King, whom he had not met since before his journey to Quebec, a full account of the conference and of his subsequent meetings with President Roosevelt. His Majesty also received in audience the United States Naval Secretary, Colonel Knox, with whom he had a lons talk.r-8.0.W.
