AIR ATTACK IN CHINA
Rec. 11 a.m. CHUNGKING, Sept. 22. General Stilwell's communique states that 30 Japanese bombers, escorted by fighters, yesterday attacked the Fourteenth United States Air Force's installations. Fifteen bombers and two Zeros were shot down and seven bombers and two fighters probably destroyed.
