LABOUR LEADERS DESERVE A HOLIDAY
THE NATIONALIST PARTY PROMISES THEM A REST.
Thousands upon thousands of people agree that the time has come to give a holiday to the leaders of Labour, who for so long have proved that never before in New Zealand's history have so many been completely dominated by so few. For Mr. Fraser, the musiclover, there is the pleasing prospect of trying over new records on his gramophone. For Mr. Semple, who hates inactivity, one might suggest the trying out of new types of running shoes. Mr. Webb, whose greatest contribution to New Zealand's pi egress is his earnest desire to lift his hat to miners, would spend a pleasant time doing just that. And for Mr. Nash there should be recreation —not to mention profit—in writing a book on High Finance.
New Zealanders are earnestly asked to. consider a holiday for their present leaders, and this wish may become a reality by voting for your National Candidate on September 25. The National Party confidently faces the electors with a sane and sensible platform —Tax Reductions for family men, Progressive Housing, Cheaper Radio Fees, Lower Cost of Living, and Freedom from Government interference, yote National.—Advt.
