MR. STANLEY'S TOUR

RUGBY, Sept. 15,
The Colonial Office states that the Secretary of State for the Colonies, Mr. O. Stanley, has accepted an invitation from Kenya to pay a short, informal visit to the colony on his way home from the tour he is at present making of the British West African colonies. He will also pay short visits to Tanganyika, Uganda, and Zanzibar.— E.O.W.
