FATAL COLLISION
P.A. GISBORNE, This Day. Aircraftman Ernest Edward Halliwell (31) received injuries from which J he died in hospital three hours later, and his companion, Aircraftman A. Garrick, suffered facial injuries in a collision between a car and a lorry at Te Puia yesterday. The deceased, a prominent churchman and Sunday School teacher, leaves a wife and two children. j
