PA DUNEDIN, This-Day. The Prime Minister (Mr. Fraser) addressed an enthusiastic audience of 2000 in the Town Hall last night. A resolution of confidence in him and the Labour Government was passed. with only six dissentients. Speaking on credit and currency* Mr. Fraser claimed that Labour had beneficially used £30,000,000 of the nations credit.- and when the war was over would use wisely the credit instrument of the Reserve Bank to increase the country's prosperity. He derided the claim of the Opposition that the secondary industry edific.e built for war purposes would collapse after,the war. The immense increase in factory production was convincing evidence, he said, of the skill and technical ability of the New Zealand workersX .
