NAZIS BLAMED FOR WAR

The Trades Union Congress, by an overwhelming majority, decided to support the view that • the Nazis and not the whole German people should be made responsible for the war. Congress elected Ebby Edwards, national secretary of the Mineworkers' Federation, the next chairman of the Congress.—B.O.W.
