ARGENTINE CRISIS
FOREIGN MINISTER RESIGNS Rec. 9 a.m. BUENOS AIRES, Sept. 10,
It is officially announced that RearAdmiral Storni resigned from his post as Foreign Minister two days after Mr. Cordell Hull's refusal to extend lend-lease aid to Argentina. It is believed in Montevideo that, the entire Argentine Government might. be endangered inasmuch that President Ramirez approved the text of RearAdmiral Storni's letter to Mr. Hull requesting supplies, which were denied because Argentina had not severed relations with the Axis.
