RETURNED MEN WELCOMED
The welcome home to the Paekakariki district returned men took place in the Surf Club Hall this week. The party, totalling eleven, included representatives from the three services. Mr. R. li. Button, Hutt County Council chairman, welcomed the men. He conveyed to them the thanks and appreciation of the Government, the. Hutt County Council, and the residents of the district for their achievements overseas.
