COUNT SFORZA'S OPINION Rec. 9 a.m. NEW YORI.:, July 27. "Marshal Badoglio is a great general, but what Italy needs now is a Premier with a wide historical vision • which excludes trickery and manoeuvres," said Count Sforza, former Italian Minister of Foreign Affairs, who has resided in the United States since 1940, in an interview with the North American Newspaper Alliance. "There is only one thing for Marshal Badoglio to do —join the forces of Great Britain an/l the United States," he added. "I cannot say that the Italians are 100 per cent, against Mussolini or Fascism, but they are 100 per [cent, against Germany. I believe the Italians want to fight on our side. I don't' think they want to be neutral, as that might easily be a great help to the Germans. It matters very little what King Victor Emmanuel ■ thinks or does; all the responsibility is on Marshal Badoglio's shoulders. Most of the members of his Cabinet are just grey, colourless people."
