INJURED BY MACHINERY
Internal injuries, shock, and extensive abrasians were suffered yesterday afternoon by Mr. E. Hartley, joiner, Gracefield Road, when he was caught in machinery at Hartley's joinery factory, Udy Street, Petone. He was taken to hospital by the Free Ambulance in a serious condition, but today he was reported to have made a slight improvement.
