REPORTED MASS ARRESTS
Rec. 9 a.m. LONDON, July lSv The Fascist police discovered a plot against Signor Mussolini in Tarantc Province, says Moscow radio, quoting an Istanbul report. Dr..Vorelle, Prefect of Taranto, and Dr. Peronne, local secretary of th« Fascist Party, were arrested, and there have been mass arrests among Fascisi district leaders in Taranto.
