ARGENTINA WITH ALLIES
NEW YORK, June 2p. The new Argentine Government is decidedly with the United Nations, according to the British Ambassador, Sir Noel Chai-les, who arrived at Rio de Janeiro from Buenos Aires, says the "New York Times's" Rio de Janeiro correspondent. Sir Noel Charles added that the Ramirez Government was conscious of the obligations which Argentina assumed at the Rip de Janeiro conference, though it will be some time before its foreign policy is finally ironed out. Sir Noel Charles desex'ibed .the Ax'gentine Secretary of State as "absolutely democratic."
