BALKAN COUNTRIES
GERMAN'S OBSERVATIONS Rec. 9 a.m. LONDON, June 25. A Zurich message says that Rudolf Kircher, chief editor of the "Frankfurter Zeitung," following a tour of the Balkans, writes: "I learned the disappointing fact *hat the majority of Greeks live in the illusory hope of British and American invasion. The Greeks refuse to acknowledge reality. The Turks are determined to remain neutral, but events in North Africa have had a great propaganda effect in Turkey, where the Press lias..tactlessly damaged relations between Turkey and Germany."The semi-official Turkish newspaper "Aksam" said that Turkey's relations with Britain and America in no way warrant expectations that Turkey will abandon her neutrality.
