EXCHANGE OF PRISONERS Rec. 12.45 p.m. RUGBY. June 25. One hundred and eleven British seamen arrived in Lisbon today by train, to be exchanged for an equal number of German prisoners, states a news agency message. The'members of the party belonged to 53 ships which were sunk in various ways.—B.O.W.
