WIVES ENTERTAINED
MEDICAL MEN CONFER Informal gatherings were the keynote of the entertainment arranged for the visiting wives of doctors attending the conference organised by the Auckland Division of the British Medical Association. The programme 1 included an afternoon party at the Lyceum Club, visits to United States hospitals in the vicinity of Auckland, a large sherry party held at the home of Dr. and Mrs. Cronin in, Remuera Road, and several other private parties. Many of the visitors, who were from all parts of the Dominion, were the house guests of Auckland practitioners.
