<P.A.) CHRISTCHURCH, March 19. A committee has been formed with the object of reducing the size and ■weight of sacks used for wheat and other produce. This is the result of recent meetings of representatives of the farmers, millers, merchants, waterside workers, shipping, and other interests. . A good deal of progress is reported to have been made.
