HERE AND THERE
Toe II Hospitalily.
The Toe H Servicemen's Club rooms looked very attractive on Friday night when the weekly dance was held. There was excellent music and a tasty supper was served by the girls. Tea and supper were also much enjoyed by the men who were present at the club on Sunday.. Games were played in the lounge. The club expressed its thanks for donations of cakes, etc. Petone Services Club. Another successful evening was held in the Petone Combined Services Club rooms on Sunday, there being a large number of servicemen present. Items were contributed by Mrs. H. Dalley, Miss N. Inglis, Private B. Keeffer, and Miss Val Simpson, and the Welsh National Anthem was sung by a Welsh serviceman. The accompaniments were played by Mrs. Boyd. The committee wishes to thank Mr. Bradley for supplying the dance music and Mr. Caley for a donation of milk.
