DIVIDEND OF 6 P.C. FOR YEAR

The retiring directors are Dr. C. Prendergast Knight and Mr. A. T. Young, and both being eligible, they offer themselves for rs-electlon. Messrs. H. A. Gold and E. R. Dymock, the retiring auditors, also offer themselves for reelection.
