SOUTH AFRICAN CASUALTIES.
Rugby.—Field Marshal Smuts today gave Parliament the figures of the South African war casualties. Those were:—Killed, 175 officers and 866 other European ranks, 38 coloured and thirty-six natives. Missing, 102 officers and 1098 other European ranks, 252 coloured and 785 natives. Wounded, 35Q officers and 3426 other European ranks, 315 coloured, and 220 natives.
