ATHLETICS MEETING
(p.A.) WANGANUI, Jan.. 21. The flrst move in the Dominion for a military athletic and cycling championship sports meeting has been made by the West Coast (N. 1.) Centre of the New Zeuluml ' Aniu'teur Athletiti Association. A meeting will be held in Cook's. Gardens, Wangamil, on February 20. Two representatives from each military and R.N.Z.A.F. unit.in the centre's area will bo accepted.. The meeting was not arranged earlier because of the lighting restrictions, which prevented use of tlie grounds at night.
