NO EMPIRE WAR CABINET
LONDON, December 15
Mr. C. R. Attlee, Deputy Prime Minister, said that although it would be an excellent thing if we could have all the Prime Ministers of the Dominions in the Cabinet, he did not think the people's responsible leaders could be away from their own countries, and for delegates to report back on important questions to their Governments would slow down the whole war machine.
