RUN OVER BY TRAIN
The condition of Mr. J. Williams, railway porter, of 98 The Terrace, who -was run over by a train in the yards at Tljorndon late yesterday afternoon, was stated this afternoon to be slightly improved, although still serious. He suffered a compound fracture of the ri&hVarm, a compound facture of the left leg, and head injuries. He was acting as pilot on the front of a bogie wagon- and was thrown off, one set of the wheels passing over him.
