YACHTSMAN FINED
Albert Mullin Chambers, soldier, aged 18, was fined 10s and costs by Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court yesterday for entering a prohibited area in a twelve-foot yacht. He was seen by the wharf police about 100 yards off Fryatt Quay, a prohibited area. Mr. D. F. Stuart said the defendant had not known he was sailing into a prohibited area. The Magistrate said he would impose only a nominal penalty. '
