CLOTHING RESTRICTIONS
The clothing manufacture control notices which have been gazetted with the object of bringing about greater simplicity in clothing as a wartime economy measure are now in operation. The restrictions, however, do not apply to garments ordered before yesterday, provided they are delivered by January 31 next.
