WOOLCOTT-FORBES CASE
DALLAS (Texas). October 29. John Woolcott-Forbes and A. W. Dawson were arrainged before the United States Commissioner, Mr. John Davis, and pleaded innocence. They waived the hearing and consented to removal to New York to answer an indictment of forging the endorsement on a United States Treasury cheque for 3750 dollars. Forbes and Dawson are each under a 10,000-dollar bond.
