The Rev. R. D. Lord, vicar of Wai" mate North, has been appointed vicar of New Lynn, Auckland, in succession to the late Rev. H. H. Bedford.
The Rev. J. H. Cable, who has officiated in the Auckland Diocese for the past 27 years, latterly as vicar of Avondale, has resigned and will leave shortly for the South Island.
