WOOLCOTT-FORBES CASE
DALLAS (Texas), Oct. 28,
The Associated Press says that the Federal authorities have authorised the institution of proceedings for the removal to New York of John Wool-cott-Forbes and A. W. Dawson
The United States Attorney, Mr. Robert Dann, said that the pair were charged with fraud and misrepresentation, and also with persuading Mi\s. Mary Jane Frey, widow, to liquidate Government bonds, and declared that a cheque for 3750 dollars for the bonds. falsely endorsed, was deposited in Dawson's account in the Chase National Bank.
