NEW GERMAN MILITIA FORCE
(Rec. 9 a.m.) LONDON. Oct. 29. Germany has formed a new kind of militia force called the Wehrmanner, embi-acing industrial workers, who will be attached to anti-aircraft batteries, near their places of work. Berlin radio emphasised that they are not to be classified as soldiers, because they have not changed their civilian occupation. "■■■'.
