FOR EX-SERVICEMEN
The Minister of Rehabilitation (Mr. Semple) announced today that one of the outstanding gifts for the benefit of ex-servicemen made in recent months was by Mr. Josiah Udy, of Carterton. The Minister stated that the gift consisted of the proceeds of investments made by the donor amounting 'to £4750, and the only stipulation attached to. the gift was that it be used .for the benefit of exservicemeruini the present .vmv. -
