LAHORE, September, 26. Speaking at the All-India Sikh conference, Mr. Tara Singh, the Sikh leader, condemned acts of violence and appealed to Indians to step them. He said: "Britain cannot entrust to India full military responsibility during the war. Britain must concentrate on winning the war. You must trust Britain." A Karachi message states that Allahi, Premier of Sind, informed the Viceroy that he renounced the titles of Khan Bahadur and the Order of the British Empire as a protest against Britain's imperialistic hold on.
