CANADIAN BEEF SHORTAGE
OTTAWA, September 10
The Canadian Minister of Agriculture (Mr. J. G. Gardiner), speaking to the Press, said that discussion of the beej' shortage in Canada .had caused such a demand for pork products that it might be impossible to meet urgent British requirements for 600,000,0001b of bacon.
